What I liked about this experience was selecting my "satay" from the row of refrigerators.
Here's what we picked for round 1. Lots of quail eggs to satisfy my quail egg madness.
It's a lot like lok lok, but instead of cooking in boiling water, the lot gets dipped into this thick, bubbling cauldron of peanutty curry gravy instead. The pot is embedded within a hole right in the middle of the table.A unique experience, but only if you like peanutty gravy.

Been to this place once and there are only certain stuff that goes well with the peanut gravy like the fried cruller and deep fried foochuk.
i remember dropping by this place too when we went dwn to melaka..sadly no camera..and we were seated at the dingy dark back of the shoplot..
