Hubby sent me this link last Friday and that night itself, we were feasting on crispy, shiny Peking Duck (RM28.00++) at Cheng Ho Court in the Mines Wellness Hotel. That's our duck, all ready to be carved up by the waitress. 
The crispy duck skin together with spring onions, was wrapped up in thin crepe. The waitress did all the assembly work, we just had to wait and eat! We had 2 plates full of Peking Duck crepes for appetizer. 
I had my crepes with a generous slather of hoisin sauce.
The waitress asked us how we would like the duck meat cooked (at no extra charge!)....with ginger and spring onions, with black bean sauce, or with fried rice or noodles. We chose to have it cooked with longevity noodles. Soon after, a big plate of noodles came our way.
Our bowls were heaped with duck and noodles. The delicious, salty and the well-marinated boneless duck meat pieces were succulent and super tasty, smoky and proved to be excellent complement to the springy longevity noodles.
Our meal for 2, with a pot of Chinese tea (RM4.00), cost us RM36.80 after 15% tax. It was, indeed, worth every cent!
This Peking Duck promotion starts from 1st July 2009 and lasts till 31st August 2009. Each duck costs only RM28.00++ during this period and is available for dinner only. There are apparently no terms and conditions attached to this promotion. Yay!
