Over the past couple of weeks, our kitchen has been somewhat busy.........
Yesterday, we slaved into the night, cooking a huge pot of ayam masak merah (using 2 chickens and my mom's recipe!) for a potluck party that we're attending today.
With the same masak merah gravy, we slathered these hard boiled eggs.
Fried belanak fish, our childhood favourite. Fried long enough, the fish becomes uber crispy and can be eaten in its entirety, bones, head and all!
