Our hunk of ribs.....baked to perfection!
The dinner platter.....bbq char siew ribs, sauteed french beans and mashed potatoes. The ribs were tender to the bite, with the burnt caramellised edges (we used maltose) oozing with sweet meaty flavour.
Baked mac and cheese with siew yoke, sausages, ham, roasted tomatoes and garlic.
Dinner was a feast! And there's more marinated meat in the freezer just waiting for a go in the oven.... ;-D
