Kitchen experiments

Our recent kitchen experiments.....

Tandoori chicken, marinated overnight and baked in the oven. Hubby-to-be drenched them in ghee (ok not such a healthy thing to do, but they sure tasted good).

Deep fried squid. We just couldn't get the batter right......like the one in New Paris Restaurant, which is my favourite!
