The fried-fish head noodles soup (RM6.50) had an eclectic taste, it was sour from the tomatoes, slightly bitter from the chinese wine used, and slightly milky from the evaporated milk. Overall, we found it pretty good, though perhaps a wee bit overrated.
The home-brewed foo chuk barley drink was thick and had gingko nuts in it (RM2.00). Good!

Ya, it's usually crowded, even during week days for lunch , i agree with you, that it's a wee bit overated, i find the soup a bit too sourish for my taste but i won't mind eating here just because of the foo-churk barley drink which is very good!
