Having read the good reviews on Restoran Famous Seremban Favourites by WMW, we decided to explore the erstwhile unknown (to us) area of Sunway Mas and found this kopitiam.
Hubby ordered the hakka mee which came topped with minced pork.....
....and the loh shee fun, the contents of which looked pretty much like the hakka mee, apart from the difference in noodles.
Mom and I ordered wantan mee. Needs more char siew!
The wantan was pretty good.
Of course, we had to order a plate of the star attraction....the char siew which came with a separate small bowl of thick char siew sauce. Really good stuff, this. The meat was lean and tender, though I wish it could have been more charred. Hubby and I both love charred bits and edges in our char siew, hence the char siew at Meng Kee is still #1 on our list.Our meal came up to RM32.50 for the 3 of us. It was rather crowded when we went, during lunch hour on a weekday.
